By accessing and using Livzzie products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Product Description
Livzzie smart rings are health monitoring devices designed to track various biometric data including heart rate, sleep patterns, activity levels, and body temperature. Our products are intended for wellness and fitness purposes and are not medical devices.
Medical Disclaimer
Important: Livzzie products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information provided by our devices should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider regarding any health concerns.
Kickstarter Backing
By backing our Kickstarter campaign, you understand that you are supporting a project in development. While we are committed to delivering our product, crowdfunding inherently involves risks and potential delays. Estimated delivery dates are our best projections but may change due to manufacturing or other unforeseen circumstances.
User Account
- • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- • You must provide accurate and complete information
- • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- • One account per person; sharing accounts is not permitted
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise our devices or software
- • Share false or misleading information about your health data
- • Resell or distribute our software without authorization
Warranty and Returns
Livzzie rings come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Livzzie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether direct or indirect.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our app. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
